Pop-Up Dinners
Ngon’s Kitchen pop-up dinners are intimate Vietnamese dining experiences created for guests who want more than simply going out to eat.
Each dinner is shaped around a smaller table, a thoughtful menu, and the kind of warmth that makes a meal feel personal. Through regional dishes, family traditions, seasonal ingredients, and flavors tied to memory and place, Thuy shares a side of Vietnamese cooking that many guests may not have experienced before.
Most dinners are designed for small groups. Menus are multi-course and served mostly family-style, with occasional plated moments woven throughout the evening. Some dinners may center around a region, season, or particular theme, while others simply reflect what feels most meaningful to share at that time.
More than anything, the goal is to create a table that feels welcoming, generous, and memorable long after the evening ends.
New dinners are released seasonally and shared first with the Ngon’s Kitchen email list. Because each table is small and intentionally planned, seats are limited.
