Ngon’s Kitchen cooking classes are designed for curious home cooks who want to understand Vietnamese food beyond a written recipe. Each class combines practical techniques, fresh ingredients, cultural context, and the stories behind the dishes.
Classes are approachable, hands-on, and welcoming for beginners as well as experienced home cooks. The goal is to help guests feel comfortable, inspired, and more confident bringing Vietnamese flavors into their own kitchens. Guests will learn, cook, and then gather to taste and enjoy what we have made together.
